Introduction and the basics

Hello everyone, My name is Colin. For most of my life I have been surrounded by very smart people who know a lot about government and current events while personally lacking interest or experience. This means that while I know some cool facts and details I can't actually explain the rational behind them or provide sources. I will be working this semester and hopefully into the future to remedy that issue.
